Education for Self-Reliant Individual Project 2018/19 – 2033/34: (ESRI Project)
Education for Self-Reliant Individual Project (ESRI Project 2018/19 – 2033/34) is fifteen years project implemented by Support Society Nepal. The main goal of the project is to make self- reliant and self- sufficient individuals through quality education right from the early stages of each human being. This is done in three phases:
Phase One:
Duration: Three Years
Input: Child friendly early grade literacy and numeracy
Out put: Strong foundation for basic quality education
Phase Two:
Duration: Nine Years
Input: Basic education and career counseling
Out put: Select/ decide the future career as per the need, interest and ability of the students
Phase Three:
Duration: Three Years
Input: Job oriented education and career counseling
Output: Self reliant individuals
